Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage incorporates a variety of advanced modalities that enhance the body’s natural restorative functioning. Light to firm touch is used to release tension, relax muscles, increase blood and lymph circulation, and impart a sense of calm. Therapeutic massage can be used as a collaborative, supportive addition to conventional medical treatment of illness and injury, alleviating pain and stress, aiding soft tissue healing, and revitalizing the body.
Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
Some of the same strokes are used as classic massage therapy, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain in order to reach the sub-layer of muscles and the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).
Stretch w/Trigger Point Therapy
I like to use different modalities to help assist the body achieve the best stretch possible. I would start with some cranial hold to assist the nervous system into a calming state to help release tension. Then, I would hit several trigger points to help release the muscle, so that it can assist the body to give a better stretch. I would start from the head making my way to the feet and utilize tools such as massage balls and yoga block during the stretch to assist for better results.
30 Minute Cranial Hold
If you are experiencing any headaches, neck tension, vertigo, or just need some time to relax, my 30 minute cranial hold would be a great way to give yourself a quick break in your day. A Cranial hold is a simple technique of placing hands underneath the head on the occipital muscles.

If you are experiencing any of these medical conditions, or have had in the past, a cranial hold can not be performed.
